If you fast travel to port letovi, then head up toward the ships, it should give you a cutscene automatically. Can you take a picture of your quest log and show me exactly what it says?
Yes, it's working for everyone else so maybe instead of being angry and lashing out at someone who's providing free fun content to people you ask for help like a person who can communicate? I'm happy to help troubleshoot!
If all the conditions are met and it's not working then you may have installed incorrectly. Most likely scenario is when you installed the mod you nested the folder in a copy of itself. I.e. it should be:
after i finally finished defeating the didnapper and the robot and everything else i went to pendragon with Chelsea, Seles, and Aden in my party chelsea talks about first coming to pendragon with seles after that you go to the camp and theres a crate that says new quest im just wondering if when it says

it's including the battle you have with prologue after the mission back to bellia
Only other thing I can think of is are you using any other mods that can get in the way if not you'll have to get on touch with the creator I'm still trying to find the boat to go to the island

It looks like the Letovi map isn't reading the mod info since the captain isn't there... are you running any other mods?
New update out with a simple fix for the bug some people found that would cause the player to enter a loop at Port Letovi in certain circumstances.
Don't bother downloading this lol. No doubt there's SOME way to begin this mod, but without clearer instructions who really cares

Phenomenal mod. Amazing work. The new playable character is great, and the villain is a fun twist for the party.
The new character capture art and story of friends being captured one after the other were fantastic.
The captain's appearance also makes us look forward to future developments.
