Didnapper 2 (DID Games) is available on Itch.io and Steam. (Mod will not work on the Demo version)
This mod is only compatible with Didnapper 2 version 1.2.2
Basic Description
The Apprentice is a story-driven Didnapper 2 mod which takes place after the events of Truth, the most recent Didnapper 2 expansion (version 1.2). It adds new content which is outlined below.
Features
- A fully fleshed out, four-act narrative with a new adventure and mystery
- More backstory for Chelsea and Shiori
- Multiple main quests trackable in journal
- Old characters coming back into the mix
- One new playable character
- One new fully voiced archvillain
- DID and normal facesets
- DID and normal battlers
- New DID facesets for Shiori, Chelsea, Seles, and Kaie
- Tied into the main story (pun intended)
- Includes new… equipment :)
- New location: Kataril Island
- A privately owned island with a large mansion south of the Katoshi Isles
- New basic enemies and enemy variants
- New extension to the ambush minigame
- New items:
- Binding books Vol 1 - 6
- Armor accessory (like spare ropes)
- Increases two and decreases one of: struggle, rescue, capture
- NOTE: these books make it possible to have a stat of zero for the respective affected skill
- New Special Cards
- The Wise Woman and The Wise Man
- One time use, consumable
- Increases a character’s skill points by 3000
- The Wise Woman and The Wise Man
- Binding books Vol 1 - 6
- New skill: Magical Subjugation
- Acts like Subductive Strike (deals damage and tries to subdue) but heavily damages based on MATK stat instead of ATK
- Learnable by Seles at level 80
- Miscellaneous new skills for the newly added party member and various enemies
- New music
Conditions
- Must have completed the main story and epilogue
- Must have completed “The Didnapper” sidequest
- Must have Chelsea, Seles, and Aden in the party
How to Start
Ensure all conditions are met, then go to Pendragon Entrance to start the initial quest cutscen.
Notes from Developer
This mod overrides and includes a lot of new events in well known locations (like Pendragon, Katoshi Isles, Alverona). It likely will not play well with other mods. Everything should work perfectly fine on an existing 1.2.1 or 1.2.2 save.

To install a mod on didnapper 2, you can use this tutorial (also available in video)
You need to extract the mod archive as a folder in the "mods/patches" folder of your game.

Pendragon Entrance means the southern gate right?
after i finally finished defeating the didnapper and the robot and everything else i went to pendragon with Chelsea, Seles, and Aden in my party chelsea talks about first coming to pendragon with seles after that you go to the camp and theres a crate that says new quest im just wondering if when it says
it's including the battle you have with prologue after the mission back to bellia
I need back to bellia after the battle with prologue?
I already finished every sidequest in this game
Only other thing I can think of is are you using any other mods that can get in the way if not you'll have to get on touch with the creator I'm still trying to find the boat to go to the island
where's the boat to get to the island can't find it

Phenomenal mod. Amazing work. The new playable character is great, and the villain is a fun twist for the party.
The new character capture art and story of friends being captured one after the other were fantastic.
The captain's appearance also makes us look forward to future developments.
